Thabani Mlilo is a leadership development consultant, author, speaker, and facilitator with deep expertise in curriculum design, executive coaching, and program management across Africa. Guided by a mandate of thinking differently and inspiring excellence, he champions a new African narrative rooted in identity, innovation, and possibility.
Blending Sociology and Strategic Management, Thabani brings both academic insight and hands-on impact to every initiative he leads. He has designed and delivered leadership, entrepreneurship, and personal development programs that have directly supported over 150 startups and more than 500 individuals across the continent.
Thabani is the Co-Founder and Programs Director of Ubuntu Lab, a personal growth and leadership development hub focused on holistic human development. Under his leadership, Ubuntu Lab has evolved from a Zimbabwe-based initiative into a pan-African platform, delivering scalable leadership programs through both digital and in-person models.
